Order Processing:  All production is done in house, and most hats are made to order. With thousands of hats in the queue at any given time, our shipping process may take longer than other companies that don't do the production themselves. That said, our teams daily goal is to get your hat made & shipped as fast as we can. 

Communication Policy: Should there be any requirements or issues requiring your attention, we will notify you promptly. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched as soon as it is ready, there is no need to reach out to us to see if anything is wrong. 

Shipping Methods and Expectations:

  1. Free US Shipping:

    • These are done in batches, and can take 10+ business days to process (2 weeks)
    • After dispatch, the average transit time with USPS is 5-7 business days. Please be aware that this is an estimate and may vary.
  2. USPS Priority Mail:

    • For standard orders with upgraded shipping, our target is to process them within 1 business day.
    • Orders placed on Fridays during our weekly drops may have a target ship date by the following week, due to production schedules.
    • We strive to expedite these orders, but cannot guarantee that they will ship within the 1-business-day target (or 3 days for orders placed during drops).
    • After dispatch, the average transit time with USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 business days.

Important Note: All mentioned delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential external delays, especially with postal services.

International USPS Shipping

Rate & delivery time may vary based on order size. Buyer is responsible for customs & duty fees. 

 

Shipping times and transit time are the period while the package is with the USPS on its way to you, and is the time after we process the order.

We ship via USPS and mail from Oregon's central sorting post office. This helps ensure a speedy delivery to your location.

 

 

 

Please note:

If you purchased through a third party or received as a gift without the original receipt and need to send it for repairs, you must cover shipping back to us, and we will pay for shipping back to you.

Due to our shipping account, we are unable to cover return shipping to us on international orders, however, we will ship the new or replacement hat to you at no charge.
