5. Original Work: If, contrary to our policy, you decide to send us your ideas, you agree that your Submissions do not infringe on the rights of any third parties and that you possess all necessary rights to disclose the Submissions to Findlay.

6. Acknowledgement: By making a Submission, you acknowledge and agree that Findlay may independently develop a product or marketing strategy that could be similar or identical to your Submission, and you waive any claims you may have against Findlay resulting from any perceived similarities to your Submission.
