Order Processing: All our production is done in-house, and most hats are made to order. With thousands of hats in the queue at any given time, our shipping process may take longer than companies that outsource production. However, our daily goal is to get your hat made and shipped as quickly as possible.

Communication Policy: If there are any requirements or issues needing your attention, we’ll notify you promptly. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched as soon as it’s ready—no need to reach out unless you have specific concerns.

Shipping Methods and Expectations:

Free US Shipping:

  • Orders are processed in batches and can take 1-2+ weeks to ship.
  • After dispatch, the average transit time with USPS is 5-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary.

USPS Priority Mail:

  • For standard orders and non-Limited Edition Hats shipped via Priority Mail, our target is to process them within 2 business days.
  • For orders with Limited Edition Hats, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping timeline. When the hats are made & ready to ship, they will be in the first batch to ship. Since all Limited Edition Hats are made to order, processing times will vary.
  • After dispatch, the average transit time with USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 business days within the USA.

International USPS Shipping

Rate & delivery time may vary based on order size. Buyer is responsible for customs & duty fees. 

 

Shipping times and transit time are the period while the package is with the USPS on its way to you, and is the time after we process the order.

We ship via USPS and mail from Oregon's central sorting post office. This helps ensure a speedy delivery to your location.

 

 

 

Please note:

If you purchased through a third party or received as a gift without the original receipt and need to send it for repairs, you must cover shipping back to us, and we will pay for shipping back to you.

Due to our shipping account, we are unable to cover return shipping to us on international orders, however, we will ship the new or replacement hat to you at no charge.
