All our production is done in-house, and most hats are made to order. Due to the high volume of orders, our shipping process may take longer than companies that outsource production. However, our daily goal is to get your hat made and shipped as quickly as possible.

If there are any requirements or issues needing your attention, we’ll notify you promptly. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched as soon as it’s ready - no need to reach out unless you have specific concerns. This page will always have the most up-to-date information on your order status.
Shipping Methods and Expectations
Free US Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed in batches and typically take 2-3 weeks to ship. Some orders may ship sooner, but please anticipate this timeframe.
- Transit Time: After dispatch, the average transit time with USPS is 3-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary.
USPS Priority Mail
- Processing Time for Standard and Non-Limited Edition Hats: Our target is to process these orders within 2 business days.
- Processing Time for Limited Edition Hats: Since all Limited Edition Hats are made to order, processing times will vary. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping timeline, but rest assured they will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
- Transit Time: After dispatch, the average transit time with USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 business days within the USA.
Important Note: All processing and delivery times mentioned are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential external delays. Please note that USPS Priority Mail does not guarantee expedited processing times.

International USPS Shipping
Rate & delivery time may vary based on order size. Buyer is responsible for customs & duty fees.
If you purchased through a third party or received as a gift without the original receipt and need to send it for repairs, you must cover shipping back to us, and we will pay for shipping back to you.
Due to our shipping account, we are unable to cover return shipping to us on international orders, however, we will ship the new or replacement hat to you at no charge.
