Order Processing
How Your Order Moves.
All our production is done in-house, and most hats are made to order. Because we build to order (and orders come in waves), our shipping can take longer than brands that outsource. Our daily goal is simple: get your hat made and out the door as fast as we can.
Staying In The Loop
If something needs your attention, we will reach out. Otherwise your order ships the moment it is ready, so there is no need to check in unless you have a specific question.

Shipping Methods
Two Ways To Ship.
Pick free standard shipping or upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Here is what each one means for processing and transit.
Free US Shipping.
- Processing Time
- Orders ship in batches and typically take 2 to 3 weeks to go out. Some ship sooner, but please plan for this window.
- Transit Time
- Once dispatched, USPS averages 3 to 7 business days. This is an estimate and can vary.
USPS Priority Mail.
Our fastest option, and it will almost always reach you sooner than free shipping. The times below are targets, not guarantees.
- Standard & Non-Limited Hats
- We aim to ship within 2 business days. That is a target we hit as often as we can, not a promise.
- Limited Edition Hats
- These are the one thing that varies. Since they are made to order, there is no set timeline, but they ship the moment they are ready.
- Transit Time
- Roughly 2 to 3 business days within the USA.
Important Note On Timing.
All processing and delivery times are targets and estimates, not guarantees. We cannot promise specific delivery dates, since outside delays can happen along the way. Priority Mail is the fastest option we offer, but even its processing time is a target we aim for, not a guaranteed date.

Transit time is the stretch while your package is with USPS on its way to you, counted after we process the order. We ship USPS and mail from Oregon's central sorting post office, which helps your hat reach you quickly.

The Fine Print
International & Repairs.
- International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via USPS. Rates and delivery times vary based on order size. The buyer is responsible for any customs and duty fees.
- Third-Party & Gift Repairs
- Bought through a third party, or received your hat as a gift without the original receipt, and need to send it in for repairs? You cover shipping back to us, and we cover shipping back to you.
- International Repairs
- Because of our shipping account, we are unable to cover return shipping to us on international orders. Even so, we will ship the new or replacement hat back to you at no charge.
