We have designed our hats to be tough and handle whatever you throw at them, but we are still learning and developing them to handle everything. PLEASE use caution when testing the hats in water. Be sure to follow the above steps & always be prepared to grab your hat to prevent it from sinking or floating away if in the horrible chance it doesn't stay. Our warranty does not cover lost while testing or stolen hats. Don't panic - just message us directly and we will make sure you are taken care of.
