Processing Time
Every hat is customized in-house by our team in Portland. Most orders with free US shipping are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Some, like our Limited Edition pre-order hats, can take a little longer.
Tracking Information
Check below for the latest on your order. When you see In Production, your hat is moving through our 8+ step production process alongside others in the same batch. It is normal for tracking to pause while it is in production. Once USPS picks up and scans your package, tracking updates automatically.
