Retail Rules & Guidelines.

Because our hats are collectible and often resold, we have a few house rules to keep it fair and fun for everyone, in-store and online.

Limited Edition Snapbacks: Pick up to two from the Limited Edition wall per visit. Only one can come from the top shelf, so everyone gets a shot at the most exclusive pieces.
No Limits On Everything Else: Dad hats, youth hats, 5-panels, and the rest have no purchase limits.
Custom Hat Bar: Build up to two custom hats per person, per visit.
No Photos Or Video: To protect the exclusivity of the drops, no photos or video calls inside the store.
One Visit Per Day: Please keep it to one visit a day so we can give everyone a personal experience.
