How our warranty process works and why we are unable to send the exact same hat on limited edition or discontinued styles. 

The basics:

1. If we sell a 1 of XX version hat, we can't make more or else that makes it a 1 of XX+1 hat
2. Logistically we are unable to keep multiples of every base we have used in the past, and remaking multiple year old hats is something we are unable to do
3. Remaking old, limited edition hats opens a loophole for people to exploit the warranty for financial gain, and affects the value of older, rare hats that have been kept in good condition
