Findlay Hats Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By joining the Findlay Hats Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. These terms are in place to ensure fair, honest, and mutually beneficial partnerships. Violating any of the policies below may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. Eligibility for Commission

To earn commission, referrals must meet all of the following:

  • Be a first-time customer

  • Make a purchase using either:

    • Your unique affiliate discount code, or

    • Your approved Safelink referral URL

  • Complete their order without manual assistance or invoice creation by a Findlay Hats team member

Orders that do not meet these criteria will not qualify for commission.

2. Referral Link and Cookie Policy

  • Cookies are valid for the duration set by Findlay Hats (currently 1 day).

  • Affiliates may not manipulate cookie behavior, use redirects to auto-drop referral tracking, or use any method to receive commission without an actual referral taking place.

  • Customers must knowingly engage with your link or code for a referral to be valid.

3. Prohibited Behavior

The following are not allowed under any circumstances:

  • Cookie stuffing, redirect hijacking, or automatic link forwarding

  • Bidding on Findlay Hats brand keywords (including variations) in any paid search platform

  • Sharing affiliate codes or links on coupon or deal sites

  • Using bots, spam, or low-quality traffic sources to generate fake referrals

  • Self-referring or placing orders under false identities

4. Content and Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must represent Findlay Hats honestly and may not:

  • Mislead customers about our products, pricing, or promotions

  • Pretend to be an official Findlay Hats channel or employee

  • Use offensive, violent, or discriminatory content to promote the brand

5. Payout and Review Policy

  • Commissions are paid out after a review period, typically within 30 days of a qualifying order.

  • Findlay Hats reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for:

    • Orders that are returned, canceled, or refunded

    • Referrals that violate these terms

    • Affiliates who engage in suspicious or unethical behavior

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Any unpaid commissions tied to violations will be forfeited.

7. Updates to These Terms

Findlay Hats may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes and continued participation in the program implies agreement with the updated terms.
