Due to the heavily discounted prices, free shipping, and the random nature of the selection, our free returns & exchange policy does not cover Mystery Boxes.
Are you picky?
We do our best to ensure a nice diverse set of products in each box - and we want you to be happy with your purchase! That said if you are looking for a specific cap, your best bet is to purchase that specific hat!
Substitutions:
If there is an item in the box you know you will not have any use for, please mention that in the special notes section and our team will do our best to make sure to not include that item. Even with this note, you may still receive that item as inventory options for boxes is limited.
If something does not fit we can exchange it for a different size, although the graphic and color may be different on the replacement.

Our XXXL Hats are Only available in 1 or 2 colors, so your hat bases will likely be the same, with different designs on them. If you want a separate size sweatshirt / or shirt, please specify that in the order notes
LIMITED EDITION HATS: IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU ORDER
All Limited Edition hats are pre-order, meaning production begins after the drop sells out. With thousands of orders in the queue, these hats take time to be made, packed, and shipped. Expect 2 to 3+ weeks, sometimes faster, sometimes longer.
These aren’t mass-produced. They are hyper-custom, small-run pieces that take extra time to get just right. If you need something fast, check out our Standard Edition hats. But if you’re here for Limited Edition, patience is part of the process.
Your hat will be made as soon as we can push it through with all the others in the queue. We are working hard to get it made, packed, and shipped as fast as possible.
