Dialing in your fit: every product page lists the fit style (Crown, Decky, Yupoong and more). Smaller head? Check dad hats and 5 panels. Bigger head? Fitted styles, snap extenders and XXL have you covered. New hat feeling snug? Give it a day or two to break in.

Correct hat arrived, took a week or so to make, shipoing wasnt very fast but i do understand there a small business, i just expected more considering after the wait and time and everything they put the wrong laces on my hat, left a note saying they ran out of the laces my hat were suppose to have... why not just shoot me an email and ask what alternative id prefer? instead, you picked a new color for me, you did throw in another lace and small peice of paper saying "sorry heres a free extra color of lace" but even then its not the color the hat was suppose to have. Also the hat itself was just a blank from china, seems good quality (i work in the textile industry) but only time will tell... changing the laces is just as bad as sending the wrong hat in my opinion, on another note the cut ends of the laces should be hot cut so they dont unravel.... it still seems like a nice hat, just like the title said, i expected more especially after all the marketing hype and all the annoying follow up emails you send out saying "we care" and "see how it made", etc....
