Dialing in your fit: every product page lists the fit style (Crown, Decky, Yupoong and more). Smaller head? Check dad hats and 5 panels. Bigger head? Fitted styles, snap extenders and XXL have you covered. New hat feeling snug? Give it a day or two to break in.

United States2 different hats, wrong laces....?
two different hats that I've ordered, both standard hats, not custom, but on both the lace color its supposed to be is out of stock... do they call/email and ask if I want an alternative? no, they just chose for me and sent me an "extra lace" that is the same color as the on on the hat, "on the house"... Findlay, the hat seems nice, but when your laces are part of your design, you should probably keep your standard colors in stock... and if your out have someone reach out and ask me to pick a new color... so far I've been disappointed now twice with your lace issue and it could've been avoided with a phone call...

I ordered one of these hats because I like hats with cords and thought these looked nice. Little did I know I may have started another hobby! I love all the different designs and limited nature of the hats. The fit is also great, as I have a larger head. Most times I am on the 2nd or 3rd snap, these I am 4th or 5th. I’ve already ordered more mystery hats and some limited ones!
